VoiceMap tours include a free preview of the first three locations. If your tour stops after the third location, you've either downloaded the preview rather than the full tour, or the download didn't complete properly.

If the tour is in your Downloaded folder

The download may not have completed. Delete the tour from your device and download it again using a strong Wi-Fi connection.

To delete the tour, follow the steps in How do I delete a tour from my device?. Then go to Ready to Download in your Library and download it again.

If the tour isn't in your Library

You may not have completed your purchase. If you have been charged, email us with your receipt at:
