My tour download is stuck

A stuck download is usually caused by a slow or unstable connection. eSIMs and shared Wi-Fi networks are often fine for browsing but not reliable enough for downloads. If you're on either, try switching to a different connection or moving to a better signal before trying again.

If you have a fast, reliable connection, try these steps in order:

  1. Delete the tour from your device and download it again. Follow the steps in How do I delete a tour from my device?, then go to Ready to Download in your Library and tap Download.
  2. If it's still stuck, close the app fully – don't just minimise it – then reopen it and try the download again.
  3. If you're still having trouble, sign out of the app, sign back in, and restart the download.
