If you created your VoiceMap account using Sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook, you'll need to use the same method every time you sign in. Using a different method – or trying to sign in with an email and password – won't work.

Try this first: on the sign-in screen, tap the Apple, Google, or Facebook button you used when you first created your account.
