You can reset your password via the app or the VoiceMap website.

In the app

1. Tap Settings and then tap Sign Out.
2. Tap Sign In.
3. Tap Forgot Password?
4. Enter the email address linked to your VoiceMap account and tap Submit.
5. Open the email and follow the steps to set a new password.

On the website

If you remember your current password:

1. Sign in at voicemap.me and click My Account.
2. Select Edit Settings.
3. Click Password, enter your new password and confirm it, then enter your current password below.
4. Click Update and sign back in using your new password.

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Go to voicemap.me and click Sign In.
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address linked to your VoiceMap account and click Send Instructions.
4. Open the email and follow the steps to set a new password.

If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, there's no password linked to your account. See I signed up with Apple, Google, or Facebook and can't access my account.
