The most common reason is using a different sign-in method from the one you used when you created your account. If you signed up with Apple, Google, or Facebook, you'll need to use the same button to sign in every time. See I signed up with Apple, Google, or Facebook and can't access my account.

If you signed up with an email and password and can't log in, go to voicemap.me, tap Sign In, and select Forgot Password. Enter your email address and follow the link we send you to set a new password.
