How do I change my email address?

You can update your email address via the VoiceMap website.

  1. Go to voicemap.me and sign in using your current email address.
  2. Click My Account and select Edit Settings.
  3. Click Change Email, enter your new email address, and confirm your current password.
  4. Click Send Verification Link. A link will be sent to your new email address.
  5. Open the email and click the verification link to confirm the change.

The email may take a few minutes to arrive. If you don't receive it, don't repeat steps 3 and 4. Email us instead:

If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, you won't have a password set and will need to follow a different process. Email us at [email protected] and we'll help you through it.
