On the website

The VoiceMap website uses Stripe for payments, which means we don't store your card details. If your payment isn't going through, check that your card details are entered correctly. If everything looks right and it's still not working, try a different card.

We don't accept PayPal on the website.

In the app

Tours purchased in the app are charged through your App Store or Google Play account. To change your payment method, follow the steps for your platform:

• Android – Google Play payment methods
• iOS – Apple App Store payment methods

You can also buy tours on voicemap.me, where they're often slightly cheaper than in the app. Sign in using the same account you use in the app and your tours will appear in your Library.
