How do I rate a tour or change my rating?

Rating a tour in the app

  1. Log in to the account you used to buy the tour. Only people who have bought a tour can rate it.
  2. Open the tour from your Library.
  3. Tap Rate and Review at the bottom left of the tour screen.
  4. Choose your rating and tap Next.
  5. Write a review if you'd like to, or tap Skip.

You'll also be asked to rate the tour when you finish it.

Changing your rating in the app

  1. Log in to the account you used to buy and rate the tour. Only people who have bought a tour can review it.
  2. Open the tour from your Library.
  3. Tap Edit rating at the bottom left of the tour screen.
  4. On the Ratings screen, choose your new rating and tap Next. Don't tap Skip, or your rating won't be updated.
  5. If you don't want to add or change anything else in your review, tap Skip on the next screen.

Rating a tour on the website

You can also rate a tour on its page on the VoiceMap website. Sign in to the account you used to buy the tour, then click the rating icons under the tour title. You can add a review further down the page, in the Questions and Reviews section.
