VoiceMap needs access to your location to trigger audio at the right moments during your tour.

When you first open the app, tap Always when prompted. With Allow While Using App, the audio will stop whenever your screen locks.

If you missed or denied the prompt, you can update the setting manually:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Privacy and Security.
3. Tap Location Services and make sure the main toggle is on.
4. Scroll down and tap VoiceMap.
5. Select Always.
6. Make sure Precise Location is turned on.
7. Close VoiceMap fully and reopen it so the new settings take effect.
