Can I stop and resume my tour?
2 min readYes – you can stop at any point and pick up where you left off, even days later.
Stopping
There are two ways to stop a tour in progress:
Pause – tap the play/pause button in the centre of the playback bar. This halts the audio but keeps the app tracking your location. Use this for short stops only – leaving the app paused for a long time will drain your battery significantly.
End Tour – tap the route icon with an X in the bottom-left of the playback controls. This fully stops the session and saves your progress. Use this for longer breaks or if you're stopping for the day.
Resuming
When you're ready to continue, open the tour from your Library and tap Resume Tour. The app will show the three closest locations to where you currently are. If you stopped mid-location, the audio will pick up from where it left off.
Resume Tour is for continuing a tour you've already started. If you're taking the tour for the first time, go to your Downloaded folder, open the tour, and tap Start Tour at the starting point. The tour follows a route from beginning to end – if you haven't started from the beginning, the experience may not work as intended.
