What is a VoiceMap pass?

1 min read

A VoiceMap pass lets you buy a set of credits at a discount and use them to redeem tours. One credit gets you one tour.

There are three types of pass:

City passes – credits can only be used on tours in a specific city, town, or region. A London pass, for example, can only be used for London tours.

Country passes – credits can be used on any tour within a specific country. A United Kingdom pass covers tours in London, Edinburgh, Bath, and anywhere else in the UK.

Global passes – credits can be used on any VoiceMap tour anywhere in the world.

Once you use a credit to redeem a tour, that tour is yours permanently – it's added to your library with no expiry. Unredeemed credits do expire, though. See How long does my pass last?
