How long does my pass last?
1 min readPass credits expire based on the pass type and the number of credits you bought. The timer starts at the moment of purchase.
City passes
- 3 credits – valid for 7 days
- 5 credits – valid for 30 days
- 10 credits – valid for 90 days
Country passes
- 5 credits – valid for 14 days
- 10 credits – valid for 30 days
- 20 credits – valid for 90 days
Global passes
- 5 credits – valid for 30 days
- 12 credits – valid for 180 days
- 20 credits – valid for 360 days
Not all cities and countries offer every tier – the options available depend on how many tours exist in that location.
Once you've used a credit to redeem a tour, that tour is yours permanently. Expiry only affects your ability to redeem further credits – tours you've already downloaded aren't affected.
