Your pass credits are ready to use as soon as you buy the pass. One credit gets you one tour.

1. Browse to the tour you want, on the website or in the app.
2. Tap Redeem instead of Buy.
3. The tour is added to your Library straight away.

Which tours you can redeem depends on your pass:

• City pass – tours in that city, town or region
• Country pass – any tour in that country
• Global pass – any tour, anywhere

If you don't see Redeem, you're either looking at a tour outside your pass area, or your credits have run out or expired. See How long does my pass last?

Once you've redeemed a tour it's yours permanently, even after the rest of your pass expires.
