Your pass credits are ready to use as soon as you buy the pass. One credit gets you one tour.

Your pass won't appear as a separate item in your Library. Instead, when you have credits, tours covered by your pass show a Redeem button instead of Buy.

1. Browse or search for the tour you want, on the website or in the Explore tab in the app.
2. Tap Redeem.
3. Choose how you'd like to pay. Make sure your pass credit is selected, for example Use global credit (11 left). If you'd rather keep your credits, you can choose to pay the full price instead.
4. Tap Confirm Purchase. One credit is used, and the tour is added to your Library straight away.

Which tours you can redeem depends on your pass:

• City pass – tours in that city, town or region
• Country pass – any tour in that country
• Global pass – any tour, anywhere

If you don't see Redeem, you're either looking at a tour outside your pass area, or your credits have run out or expired. See How long does my pass last? Also check that you're signed in to the account you bought the pass with – you'll see the email address at the top of Settings in the app.

Once you've redeemed a tour it's yours permanently, even after the rest of your pass expires.
