Redeem a tour code in the VoiceMap app

If you have an eight-character tour code or a booking reference number, follow these steps to download your tour.

  1. Install the VoiceMap app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Create a free account if you don't have one.
  3. Tap Tour Codes in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap Enter Codes in the top right corner.
  5. Enter your code or booking reference and tap Download Now.

Your tour will appear in your library ready to take.

The steps are the same for OTA bookings, publisher vouchers and gift vouchers. A gift voucher code adds credits to your account rather than a single tour – see How do I use a gift voucher? for what to do next.

Codes can contain the number 0 (zero), which looks a lot like the letter O. If your code isn't accepted, check for this and try swapping one for the other.
