I was charged twice for my tour
1 min readA duplicate charge can happen if your connection is interrupted during checkout and you tap the buy button more than once.
If you purchased on the VoiceMap website, email us with your receipt at:
[email protected]
For purchases made via the Google Play store, please submit your purchase receipt with your email.
If the tour was purchased in the VoiceMap app for iOS, then because Apple processed your payment, we can't process a refund. They don't give us direct access to individual transactions. You can request a refund from them by following the steps outlined at support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
