Getting a duplicate charge when purchasing a tour and how to request a refund
When purchasing a tour, a duplicate purchase can sometimes happen, especially if your connection is interrupted or slow for some reason and you end up pressing the buy button twice.
If your purchase was made in the VoiceMap app for Android or via the VoiceMap website, please contact us at email@example.com about getting a refund. For purchases made via the Google Play store, please submit your purchase receipt with your email.
If the tour was purchased in the VoiceMap app for iOS, then because Apple processed your payment, we can’t process a refund. They don’t give us direct access to individual transactions. You can request a refund from them by following the steps outlined at support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
