How to redeem a VoiceMap tour using a voucher code purchased through a reseller
If you bought your VoiceMap tour through a reseller – including Viator, Tripadvisor and GetYourGuide – you should have received a voucher code that allows you to download the tour in the VoiceMap apps. This code is normally eight characters long and can include both letters and numbers.
To redeem the tour, follow these steps:
- Install the VoiceMap mobile app. (Just search the Apple App Store or Google Play for VoiceMap Audio Tours, or go to onelink.to/voicemap on your iPhone, iPad or Android device.)
- Create an account
- Select Tour Codes from the menu, then select Enter Codes
- Enter the code you received then select Download Now. Codes are not case sensitive.
When the download completes, you’ll see a screen with a photo of the starting point and directions to it. The red start button will become active when you are at the starting point.
The download should only take a few minutes to complete. If it takes longer, please cancel the download, go to Account or Library, select Purchased or Library and download the tour from there.
