Where to enter a voucher code to redeem a VoiceMap tour
If you've purchased a tour from somewhere that isn't VoiceMap – including our website or in-app – you should have received a voucher code that allows you to redeem the tour and then download it in the VoiceMap app. This code is normally eight characters long and can include both letters and numbers.
You can redeem the tour and listen to it virtually via our website player by following these steps:
- On the VoiceMap homepage, click on Vouchers, then select Redeem a voucher code
- Enter the code you received into the text box then select Submit. Codes are case-sensitive on our website
- If you haven't already, you'll be asked to sign into your VoiceMap account. If you don't have an account yet, you'll be prompted to create one
- The tour will be added to your VoiceMap library
- Select Listen to Tour when you’re ready
You can redeem the tour using a voucher code in the app by following these steps:
- Install the VoiceMap mobile app. (Just search the Apple App Store or Google Play for VoiceMap Audio Tours, or go to onelink.to/voicemap on your iPhone, iPad or Android device.)
- Create an account
- Select Tour Codes from the menu at the bottom of the screen, then select Enter Codes from the tab at the top of the Tour Codes page in the app
- Enter the code you received then select Download Now. Codes are not case-sensitive in the app
When the download completes, you’ll see a screen with a photo of the starting point and directions to it. The red start button will become active when you are at the starting point.
The download should only take a few minutes to complete. If it takes longer, please cancel the download, go to Account, select Purchased and download the tour from there.
