How to download your VoiceMap tour if it is stuck or taking too long
You can download your VoiceMap tour at any time but it's best to download it before you set off for the starting point. It is also best to download your tour using a strong internet connection.
When downloading your tour, the download should only take a few minutes to complete. If it takes longer or is stuck, please cancel the download. Then, go to "Account" or "Library" (depending on which version of the app you're using) and go to the top right hand corner of your screen to select "Purchased" or "Library" and restart the download from there.
When the download completes, you’ll see a screen with a photo of the starting point and directions to it. The red start button will activate when you are at the starting point.
