If you're unable to take the tour, you were charged twice for the same tour or you purchased the wrong tour and would like a refund, please email email@example.com with the following information:
- The name of the tour you'd like refunded
- Where you purchased the tour for example our website, in-app, through GetYourGuide or Viator
- Receipt or proof of payment
- The reason you'd like a refund
