If your tour won't play past a certain point, follow these steps.
Unless you've only downloaded a tour's preview, you will have access to all the locations in the tour and not just the first three. If you've purchased a tour or downloaded a free tour but it won't play more than a few of locations please try deleting and redownloading the tour by following these steps:
- In the app, go to Account then Downloads
- Swipe left on the tour you wish to delete
- Click on Confirm when asked if you want to delete the tour
- Then, still in the app, go to Account then Purchased
- Select the tour you want to listen to and download it
- Make sure all the files are downloading
If only a few files are downloading, then please make sure you've purchased the tour and haven't accidentally downloaded the preview instead. The download should only take a few minutes to complete, but it can take longer if you find yourself using a slow connection.
