How do I change my payment method?

Change the way you pay for tours on the VoiceMap website or in the app.

On the Website

Our website uses Stripe payments. This means we don't store customer's details. So, if there is a problem with your payment, please closely check the card details you have entered. If there are no mistakes and your payment still isn't being processed, please will you try using a different credit or cheque card?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept Paypal as a form of payment on our website.

In the App

You can pay for tours in the VoiceMap app using the payment method linked to your phone's app store. If you want to change this payment method please follow the steps at the links below.

You can also purchase tours through our website, where they are often slightly cheaper than they are in the app. To do this go to voicemap.me and make sure you sign in using the same account you are using in the app.
