      How do I change the email address linked to my VoiceMap account?

      If your email address changes and you'd like to update your VoiceMap account to reflect this, follow these steps

      1. Go to voicemap.me and sign in there using the old email address
      2. Select Edit Settings from the My Account menu
      3. Click on Change Email, then enter your new email address, and confirm your current password
      4. Click Send Verification Link. A link will be sent to the new email address, asking you to confirm your new details 
      5. Click on the link in the email sent to your new address
      6. The email may take a few minutes. If it’s taking too long, do not repeat steps 3 and 4. If you do not receive the link, email support@voicemap.me and ask for assistance
