How do I reset my password?

A guide to resetting your password in the VoiceMap app or on the VoiceMap website

To reset your password in the VoiceMap app:

  1. Log out of your account. 
  2. Tap Sign in / Sign Out
  3. Tap Existing User? Sign In
  4. Tap the blue Forgot Password? button
  5. Enter your email address associated with your VoiceMap account, then tap Submit
  6. You'll receive an email with steps for resetting your password. Use your phone to open the email and follow the steps to reset your password.

To reset your password on the VoiceMap website

If you can remember your existing password:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on My Account on the top right-hand of the screen
  3. Click on Edit Settings
  4. Click on Password
  5. Enter your new password and confirm it
  6. Enter your current password below
  7. Click Update
  8. Sign back in using your new password 

If you can’t remember your existing password:


1. If you're logged out, click Sign in

2. Click the blue Forgot Password? button

3. Enter your email address associated with your VoiceMap account, then click Send Instructions

4. You'll receive an email with steps for resetting your password. Follow the steps to reset your password.
